About the webinar
Mental health services in special education, known as Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS), support students with disabilities by addressing their social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. These services are integrated into the student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) and are tailored to meet their specific needs, helping them succeed both academically and emotionally. In this recording, you will learn:
- Individualized Support: ERMHS are customized to fit each student's unique needs and goals as specified in their IEP; and
- Social, Emotional, and Behavioral Development: These services help students improve emotional well-being, coping skills, and social behavior
